After 30 years as the director of Clock End Films, Nigel brings deep production expertise, creative leadership, and a practical understanding of how to deliver complex work efficiently — from concept through to execution.
Jenna Cosgrove
Jenna is a senior marketing strategist and content specialist with over 12 years’ experience delivering content-led marketing, campaigns, and experiential work as well as creating strategies for major launches. She is an award-winning writer/director and Hollywood-repped screenwriter. Jenna specialises in building content and marketing systems that balance quality, clarity, and commercial outcomes.

Amanda is an experienced media professional with over 15 years working across content production, communications and community engagement, holding roles in broadcasting, education, international development, government and the not-for-profit sector.
Whether producing television content, managing digital campaigns, coordinating events, or leading communications projects, Amanda brings a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to everything she does – along with strong writing and project management skills.
Amanda’s experience as a board member and in senior advisory roles, combined with her qualifications in Media and Communications, Producing for Film and Television, plus International and Community Development, means she is at her best when helping ideas to take shape, connect with the right audience and have an impact.
A swiss army knife of the industry, Magnetizer comes armed with a solution to every problem and the skills to follow through. From concept to creation, they give projects the support they need to shine, adapting and building along the way.
